Refund policy
All sales at Rebirth are final. Considering the uniqueness of our offering, we won’t be able to provide option for any RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
Returns
Returns and refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing or broken items. We request you to inform us within 3 days after receiving regarding any missing, incorrect or broken items. We can provide store credit or a refund depending on the availability of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return will be acceptable only within 14 days from the purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account.
